The Senior Associate, Strategy & Transformation is a high-impact individual contributor role embedded within Go Rentals' Strategy & Transformation function. Reporting directly to the VP of Strategy & Transformation, this role is designed for an analytically rigorous, intellectually driven professional who can support the development and execution of Go's corporate strategy and Value Creation Plan (VCP).
Salary Range: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00

Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Strategy & Transformation to support Go Rentals' corporate strategy, Value Creation Plan (VCP), and key business initiatives.
- Conduct financial, operational, and market analyses to identify growth opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
- Build financial models, business cases, dashboards, and performance reports to evaluate strategic initiatives and business performance.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects, driving alignment and execution across departments.
- Synthesize complex data and business challenges into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Leverage business intelligence and data visualization tools to monitor key metrics and uncover performance trends.
- Research market dynamics, competitive activity, and industry trends to inform strategic

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; strong academic record expected.
- 2–4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or equivalent); candidates with a mix of consulting and industry experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to complex, cross-functional workstreams.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills — able to build financial models, size opportunities, and synthesize large data sets into clear insights.
- Strong working knowledge of BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at a consulting-caliber level.
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills — able to break down ambiguous problems and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop polished, executive-ready materials.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information into concise, compelling narratives for senior audiences.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality of output.
