We're looking for a **Guest Relationship Manager** to be on-the-ground owner of the guest relationship for Go Rentals in the Long Island, NY market. This field-based role ensures that every arrival, delivery, return, and in-between moment delivers the luxury, ease, and precision that define the Go Rentals brand, with particular focus on high-value, repeat, and VIP guests and the partner locations (FBOs, private aviation terminals, hotels, and similar sites) where those guests are served.
Working alongside location and regional leadership, and in close partnership with the Guest Experience team within Marketing, the Guest Relationship Manager brings national Guest Experience Standards to life at the point of service: hosting and recovering guests, strengthening partner relationships, coaching Carcierge™ and field team members in hospitality behaviors, and feeding field insight back to corporate.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary, on-site relationship owner for high value, repeat, and VIP guests in the assigned market(s), ensuring every arrival, delivery, and return reflects Go Rentals’ luxury standards. Personally greet, host, and follow up with key guests; anticipate needs and resolve concerns before they escalate.
  • Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with FBO, private aviation, hotel, and other partner teams at assigned locations, serving as the face of Go Rentals on site.
  • Champion national Guest Experience Standards, service scripts, etiquette guidelines, and signature Go Rentals experience moments at the location level.
  • Partner with location and regional leadership to translate experience gaps into practical, executable fixes and ensure consistency across locations regardless of volume.
  • Coach field team members in hospitality behaviors, brand presence, and guest recognition through side-by-side observation and real-time feedback. Recognize and share examples of exceptional service across the region.
  • Report regularly on guest relationship activity, recovery cases, and experience metrics to regional leadership and the Guest Experience team.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private aviation, premium travel, high-end retail, or a guest-facing role with a premium service brand.
  • Demonstrated success building relationships with high-net-worth or VIP clientele and resolving service issues with discretion, urgency, and sound judgment.
  • Working knowledge of guest experience measures (e.g., NPS, guest feedback) and the ability to act on them.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to drive a variety of vehicles.
  • Must meet residency requirements that allow working in the United States.
  • Must be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on guest arrivals and business needs.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively to perform job duties, including interacting with management, team members, partners.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic, and changing environment.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve, and the ability to work individually or within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a multi-location or field-based role supporting airport, FBO, or partner-site operations.
  • Experience coaching or training frontline team members in service or hospitality behaviors.
  • Familiarity with reservation, CRM, or guest-feedback systems.
