Do you enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and working around high-end vehicles? Go Rentals is hiring a Luxury Car Rental Sales & Guest Service Associate, also known as our Carcierge, to support guests traveling through our premier airport and private aviation locations.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, personalized service
- Open, close, and review rental agreements
- Recommend rental options and services based on each guest’s needs
- Answer questions and resolve concerns by phone, email, and in person
- Deliver and pick up vehicles for arriving and departing guests
- Inspect, prepare, wash, and detail vehicles as needed
- Build relationships with guests and local aviation and hospitality partners
- Help keep daily rental and vehicle operations running smoothly
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and an insurable driving record
- At least one year of driving experience
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort using smartphones, tablets, and other technology
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and assist with travel when needed
- Ability to maintain a polished, professional appearance consistent with Go Rentals’ standards and the luxury aviation environments we serve. Visible tattoos must be covered while working, and employees are expected to follow company dress and grooming standards.
- Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.
